Thomas runs on a semester schedule. Spring semester begins in January and runs through the end of May. Fall semester begins in August and runs through December. It is recommended that you apply for admission at least 30 days before a semester begins to ensure you have ample time to receive the course syllabi and required textbooks. Specific dates can be found on the Academic Calendar.

Ensure that you understand when classes are held in your time zone. To accommodate the international student body, classes are often early morning or late evening. Specific class times may be seen by looking at the Academic Calender.

You may save your progress and return later if needed. However please note that any uploaded documents will not be saved and you will need to upload them again before you submit the completed form.

There is a $50.00 registration fee. Once your application is approved you will have until the first day of class to submit payment. You will receive instructions from the Dean of Academic Affairs. Please refer to the Tuition and Financial Aid documentation for further information.

Before beginning, ensure you have the following documents ready:

• Academic transcripts and diplomas you have earned from other education institutions.
• Letters of recommendation. You will need 3 letters of recommendation. One of those must be from a Pastor at your home church. These are not required to be uploaded. If the reference prefers to mail them directly, that is permissible.  Thomas must receive them prior to the first day of class. The mailing address is:

• Personal Statement of Faith. You may either upload it as a document or enter it under the Personal Testimony field within the application.
