Religions of the World
This course is intended to enable students to better understand historical development and central texts of major religions of the world such as Buddhism, Confucianism, Hinduism, and Islam. As a part of general education, it is designed to engage the student in reflection on aesthetic, ethical, and social values through the analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of written texts.
